Passion for making things...
What started in 2000 as a hobby, has now turned in to a part time business here in Humble, TX. I am well known in the lathe craft groups online, as the “Candy Cane” and the “Barber Pole” guy, for making my own signature helix design that mimic candy canes and barber poles. While my competitors use printed labels, ink sublimation printing, or glued parts, my helix design is created by pouring each resin color in a mold through a multi pour process over several days. Each pour is pressurized to minimize bubbles and voids, and once the pour has dried and solidified completely, it is then carved and polished by hand, on a lathe. This method gives the final product a unique depth and beauty, not typically found in other products.
These razors are available in the Gillette Mach3, Gillette Fusion5, and Safety razor models.
